Butterfield’s paid summer internship programme has opened to applications.
The eight-week programme allows interns to gain hands-on experience in the financial industry and work alongside seasoned professionals in their fields.
During their time, they will undergo formal training, contribute to important projects and enjoy a close mentoring relationship.
Andrew Burns, Butterfield’s Group Head of Human Resources, said: “This is a wonderful opportunity for young Islanders to build their CV, gain life skills and explore a career in finance.
“Our interns are part of the team, and the programme aims to help prepare them for future employment. We encourage eligible candidates to apply and look forward to welcoming the next generation of local talent this summer.”
Applicants should be university students, recent graduates or have a demonstrable interest in pursuing a career in the finance industry. More information can be found online.
The application deadline is 17 March.
