PraxisIFM has made seven senior promotions and three board appointments across its Channel Islands offices.

The Guernsey branch sees one addition to its board, three promotions to the Associate Director level and one additional promotion.

Matt Falla, who joined the group in 2011, has been promoted to Associate Director of Corporate Secretarial, and will continue to provide guidance to client boards covering a broad array of corporate structures and strategies.

Gavin Le Page has been promoted to Associate Director of Financial Reporting. Tom Strawbridge has become Associate Director of Client Administration.

Preston Wu is now the Group Associate Finance Director, and will be responsible for in-depth financial analysis and providing his perspective and opinions to the Group's executive committee.

Elsewhere in the Guernsey office, Shona Darling has been promoted to Group Company Secretary, and Director of PraxisIFM Trust's Guernsey branch, Blane Queripel, has been appointed to the board in Guernsey.

"The pandemic has highlighted the true calibre and quality of people who make up the Group," said CEO Rob Fearis.

"These promotions reflect the resilience shown when responding to these challenges and adapting to new ways of working, and the excellent level of service maintained throughout.

"Investing in and rewarding our employees is a key part of our group development strategy and supports our objective to offer continuity for our clients. Congratulations to all."
