Senior promotions Announced at Redwood Group

Monday 30 January 2023

The Redwood Group has announced senior appointments across the business with a new Managing Director and Head of Compliance.

The compliance and governance specialist has offices in Guernsey and Jersey.

Matthew Journeaux has been appointed Managing Director in Jersey, with Tracy Bisson promoted to Head of Compliance in the firm’s Guernsey office.

Ms Bisson has been with Redwood Group for two and a half years as a Senior Consultant. As the new Head of Compliance, she will be responsible for managing the compliance team while supporting the senior management to expand the business further.

James Wood, CEO at Redwood Group, said: “These promotions are a strong testament to the calibre of professional expertise we have here at Redwood and how paramount this is to our success.

“Both Matthew and Tracy have been pivotal in helping us to realise our ambitious growth plans over the past 12 months. Their continued support in these senior roles will help us to further expand into these jurisdictions while continuing to deliver the exceptional level of service our clients have come to expect from us.”

Ms Bisson said: “I’m excited to be heading up the compliance team during such a positive period of growth for the business in Guernsey. As part of the senior management team, I’m keen to support James in delivering our services to a wider network of clients while continuing to exceed client expectations.”
