Saffery Champness has promoted 13 employees across its fiduciary, audit and fund practices, six of them to management and senior management level.
The business said it tries to support all staff working from trainee levels up to director.
In the fiduciary department, Andy Russell has been promoted to senior trust manager and Kim Martin has been promoted to finance manager, while in the funds team, Nathalie Pike has been promoted to funds compliance manager.
Four people have been promoted across the audit department: Jake Dutot and Kelly Le Page to assistant audit managers and Connor Gaudion and Genevieve Bougourd to audit semi-seniors.
Joe Cardoso-Smale has been promoted to assistant trust manager and Steph Batiste to senior trust officer. Simon Ricketts, Dani Bougourd and Alex Burt have also been promoted to trust officers.
Sophie Tostevin has also been promoted to HR officer.
Saffery Champness currently employs more than 120 people in its Guernsey office and says many individuals have progressed from junior roles to senior management including managing director Nick Batiste who started with the company as a trainee trust administrator in 1992. He said:
