Recruitment business strengthens its Guernsey office

Suzy de Nobrega has joined 1st Recruitment as a Manager heading up the Guernsey arm of the business.

Mrs de Nobrega joins the company from another Guernsey-based recruitment business where she has worked for the past three years.

She brings a wealth of experience across all financial services sectors as well as marketing and non-finance, her background prior to recruitment.

"We have been very fortunate in the way Guernsey has handled Covid-19 and as such, the recruitment market has bounced back quickly with many employers actively seeking permanent and contract staff, so it is a great time to be focusing on growth."
