Ogier in Guernsey has seen an exceptional performance in the newly released Legal 500 and IFLR 1000 legal directories, with 14 new individual rankings and the promotion of five service lines.

In the Legal 500 2020, Ogier has entered the new Capital Markets category in the top tier, with the office's Corporate and M&A and Dispute Resolution teams also hitting the top spot, while in IFLR 1000 the Guernsey office has also maintained top tier status for Financial & Corporate and Investment Funds.

The Guernsey office now has seven ranked individuals in IFLR 1000, with Practice Partner Marcus Leese named Market Leader, Christopher Jones and Bryon Rees Highly Regarded, Craig Cordle named a Rising Star, and new rankings for Tim Clipstone (Highly Regarded), and for Paul Chanter and Michelle Watson Bunn (Rising Stars).

In the Legal 500 there have been 11 new individual rankings. Craig Cordle, Gavin Ferguson, Marcus Leese, Mathew Newman and Bryon Rees have all been named Leading Individuals, Martyn Baudains has been promoted to Hall of Fame status, Rachel Richardson has been named Next Generation, and Alice Bricogne, Paul Chanter, Sam Dingle, Oliver Quarmby have all been named Rising Stars.
