Two months after the management buyout of BNP Paribas Real Estate (Jersey) Ltd, D2 Real Estate has now expanded into Guernsey and has set up an office in St Peter Port.
D2 Real Estate will provide a comprehensive commercial property service, including commercial property management, lettings, valuations and landlord and tenant consultancy.
The team in St Peter Port will be led by Matt Birch, formerly of Swoffers Commercial, who has more than 20 years of commercial property experience.
Phil Dawes, Managing Director of D2 Real Estate said: ‘With an increasingly active commercial property market in Guernsey, coinciding with a stronger economic outlook, this is a market we want to capitalise on. D2 has a clear vision to continue to provide the highest levels of client care and service, and become the leading commercial property consultancy in both islands. We are delighted to have launched in Guernsey and recruited someone as experienced as Matt to head up the team. We look forward to recruiting additional staff during 2018."
D2 remains alliance members of BNP Paribas Real Estate, which is a global real estate advisor with a presence in 36 countries and more than 180 offices worldwide.
