Friday 16 February 2018

RBS International has appointed Selina Camara, who has been employed by the bank since leaving school, as its new Head of Resourcing and Talent.

Ms Camara's career has spanned 23 years with the bank, and has included a range of roles within Retail banking, time as a Relationship Manager in the International Private Banking team, and most recently as a Performance Coach, dedicated to "helping the business' leadership population develop and grow their skills."

Steve Scott, Head of Human Resources, commented: “Having joined the Bank as a teenager and worked her way through to a senior management position, Selina has the relevant experience to source and attract talented individuals as well as encourage and nurture their career development within the bank.”

Ms Camara, who is based in Jersey, will be responsible for further developing the bank’s talent strategy in all its jurisdictions, as well as delivering its strategic workforce plan to respond to the changing way we live and work.
