The PraxisIFM Group has decided to stop negotiations with Oak Group.
The decision was announced to the International Stock Exchange after ‘extensive’ talks between the two companies.
“I would like to thank the teams involved for all their hard work on the project,” said Chief Executive at PraxisIFM, Robert Fearis.
Both companies are going through a period of change and it simply wasn’t the right time. The two firms are open to discussing a potential merger in the future.
