The law firm has seen Trust Disputes and Corporate Restructuring Specialist, Sandie Lyne, promoted.

The firm has 72 partners globally and, with the new promotion, Guernsey has 12.

“We have one of the largest, and certainly the fastest growing, Dispute Resolution teams in Guernsey,” said head of Dispute Resolution, Advocate Mathew Newman, “which has been driven by a huge uptick of contentious work during the course of 2020.”

Ms Lyne joined Ogier in 2014 and is a Guernsey Advocate. She has advised on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters and was once seconded to Ogier’s Cayman office.
