Advocate Richard Sharp (pictured) has re-joined Ogier's corporate and funds team in Guernsey, this time as Partner.
Ranked a Leading Individual in Legal 500, he is considered to have valuable experience in a wide range of corporate and funds matters.

Mr Sharp is ranked as "highly regarded" in IFLR1000 2023 and is praised for his "sound work on considerable M&A transactions" in Chambers UK 2023.
Before re-joining Ogier in 2023, he was Partner at another Guernsey firm, and he had previously worked with Ogier from 2007 to 2012.
