Ogier welcomes a new Partner

Advocate Richard Sharp (pictured) has re-joined Ogier's corporate and funds team in Guernsey, this time as Partner.

Ranked a Leading Individual in Legal 500, he is considered to have valuable experience in a wide range of corporate and funds matters.

"Richard is a talented lawyer with many years of experience in complex, corporate transactions. We're delighted to welcome Richard back to Ogier, adding further strength in depth to our corporate and funds offering in Guernsey," said Practice Partner Christopher Jones.

Mr Sharp is ranked as "highly regarded" in IFLR1000 2023 and is praised for his "sound work on considerable M&A transactions" in Chambers UK 2023.

Before re-joining Ogier in 2023, he was Partner at another Guernsey firm, and he had previously worked with Ogier from 2007 to 2012.
