Richard Doyle, Diana Rodriguez and Michael Rogers from Ogier's team in Guernsey have been sworn in as Advocates at the Royal Court.
Managing associate, Mr Doyle is an experienced corporate, finance and funds lawyer with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, open and closed ended fund structures, debt and equity fundraisings, shareholder arrangements, corporate governance and regulatory matters. He is also part of the Private Equity team.
Ms Rodriguez, is a senior associate in the Private Wealth team where she advises trustees, beneficiaries and settlers on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious trust, foundation and private client matters. She also advises the trustees and administrators of pension schemes and charities.
Mr Rogers is a senior associate in Dispute Resolution. His practice focuses on corporate insolvency proceedings, contentious trust matters, fund disputes and contentious regulatory advice. He also has experience in relation to commercial disputes involving financial services products and investment vehicles.
Ogier's practice partner in Guernsey, Christopher Jones, congratulated the trio: “This is a true achievement and testament to their hard work and dedication.
