Ryan Courtney has joined Appleby's Dispute Resolution department.
His work prior to joining the law firm has focussed primarily on contentious and non-contentious trust litigation.
“We are delighted to expand our Dispute Resolution practice,” said Head of the Department, Advocate Anthony Williams. "Ryan brings valuable experience and skill to the team, reinforcing the depth and breadth of our practice.”
In January 2011 Mr Courtney was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa. He then specialised in Civil, Commercial and Matrimonial Litigation for eight years.

He has experience in a number of relevant topics, including; insolvency, criminal law, employment and regulatory matters.
