New Private Wealth Director confirmed at Oak Trust

Chris Sharman has been appointed as a Private Wealth Director at Oak Trust Guernsey Limited.

With a focus on international clients, existing and prospective, Mr Sharman's main role is to help manage client relationships primarily in the commercial real estate sector.

Based at Oak’s Guernsey headquarters, Mr Sharman now reports to Paul Schreibke, OTGL’s Managing Director.

He joins from Intertrust Guernsey where he had been a director for 17 years, including on its Management Board for seven years and Head of Private Wealth and Corporate Services Departments for five of those years. Chris originally joined BDO as an auditor after graduating from the University of Liverpool in 1987.

Mr Schreibke commented: “We are delighted to welcome Chris to the Oak Group. He brings immeasurable experience and knowledge to our existing team and will certainly enable us to further enhance our Private Wealth offering for clients. His appointment is a continuation of the expansion of Oak Guernsey as it looks to build a pre-eminent Private Wealth team on the island.”
