Advocate Matt Guthrie has joined Ogier as a Partner to lead the firm's Private Wealth practice in Guernsey.
The trust law expert will work alongside fellow Partners Gavin Ferguson, Marcus Leese and Catherine Moore, together with Counsel Chris Hards in the growing team.
The experienced Guernsey advocate specialises in advising high net worth families in relation to their inheritance and wealth planning.
"Matt is the second senior arrival in the Guernsey Private Wealth team in as many months," said Advocate Ferguson. "At a time of significant change in the market, we are thrilled to continue to grow to meet client demand. I am delighted to be handing over the managerial reins of this excellent team to Matt, whilst I focus on personal fiduciary matters."
