Guernsey’s longest established recruitment agency is rebranding with Personnel Appointments to now be known as Blink Recruitment.
Manager Martyn Gordon says people are at the heart of what Blink does which is reflected in its new website and business plans.
“Everyone who uses Blink will find that we take the time to get to know them as a person, as well as assessing their qualifications and career path. We then use those insights to match them to vacancies that play to their strengths, and where we feel they will be a great fit.

We therefore target our candidates for vacancies where they will most likely be shortlisted, and, if they’re successful, will thrive. This works for both the candidate and the client.”
In addition to recruitment, Blink offers a range of associated corporate services and has assisted in helping companies relocating to Guernsey to recruit specialist staff.
