Mourant has appointed Gillian Kennedy-Smith as a Partner in its Guernsey International Trust & Private Client advisory practice.
She joins the firm from Mills & Reeve in London where she was a Principal Associate.
Ms Kennedy-Smith has 14 years' experience; eight in Guernsey and six in London working with HNW individuals, trust companies, family offices, accountants and IFAs, advising internationally mobile families on trusts, succession, next generation planning and tax.
