Praxis has created a new role by investing in a new Group Head of People to lead its HR policies and practices.
The global private wealth and corporate services group has appointed Grace Eames (pictured) to the role.
Based in the Isle of Man office, Ms Eames has more than 25 years’ experience in human resources. She is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personal Development (CIPD) and holds an MSc in Strategic HR and Development.
Rob Fearis, Praxis CEO said that in addition to leading the Global HR team and strategy, Ms Eames will introduce a new Group-wide team rewards programme that recognises and celebrates employees who go above and beyond in their contribution to the business.
"Over the past 50 years, we have grown into a global business with offices in 15 jurisdictions and a focus on building enduring relationships through the enthusiasm, professionalism, expertise and hard work of our Praxis People.
"The creation of this new role reflects the value we place on attracting and retaining the best and the brightest colleagues, and I am delighted that Grace is joining us as Group Head of People and a member of our Executive Committee to drive this key area of the business."
