New entry-level programme launched by Brooks Macdonald

International wealth management firm Brooks Macdonald has launched a new programme to find the ‘next generation of wealth management talent’.

‘Inclusive Futures’ offers young people an entry-level opportunity into the company and is available in both its Guernsey and Jersey offices.

The graduate scheme will give candidates a chance to develop skills in the industry and develop their professional network.

“We want to transform the prospects of aspirational and talented young people by giving them the chance to start a career in our industry,” said Chief People Officer, Tom Emery.

“These are great opportunities for anyone who hasn’t considered a career in investment management. Additionally, due to the pandemic, those trying to enter the labour market for the first time over the next few years may find it difficult to do so.”
