New Consultant at CBO Projects

Thursday 04 November 2021

CBO Projects has appointed a new consultant with a background in organisational change and business transformation.

Lydia Mullins moved to Guernsey in 2016 from the UK, where she worked as an account manager for an electrical wholesale distributor. She specialises in supporting organisations to prepare for, implement and adapt to change.

“My aim at CBO will be to apply a holistic approach to service design, considering the integration of processes, systems, infrastructure and people to create services that meet users’ needs,” she said.

“CBO is a well-regarded management consultancy in the Channel Islands, and I am looking forward to playing my part in a variety of projects across both the public and private sectors, focusing on best practice and delivering high-quality service to clients.”

CBO’s CEO Philip Smith said that Ms Mullins’ experience will be an asset to the growing team.

“The team at CBO is focused on delivering high-quality services to our clients. With Lydia’s background and experience she will be a great addition to the team at CBO. We are looking forward to helping her broaden her project management, business analysis and business change skills,” he said.

Outside of work, Ms Mullins is a keen rower and musician. She is a member of the Guernsey Rowing Club committee with responsibility for supporting novices and has an interest in the development of the club and its members. She plays violin with the Guernsey Symphony Orchestra.
