Ocorian has announced the appointment of Carole Murphy as its new Chief Operating Officer.

As COO, Ms Murphy is responsible for leading Ocorian’s global IT and Operations functions at a time of business growth and transformation.

“I am excited about joining Ocorian as I see a real desire to put our clients at the centre of everything we do in support of our ambitious growth imperative,” she said. 

“I am looking forward to working with our global team to understand how technology can be a true enabler of success for our Group.”  

In her new role she reports to Ocorian’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, Frederik van Tuyll. 

“Carole has outstanding experience and credentials,” he commented. “She has successfully delivered major transformations for leading companies and brings deep expertise in global business services and operations to what is an instrumental role for Ocorian. 

“Her clarity of approach and focus on deliverables are an asset to our Group as we pursue ambitious global growth plans.” 

Ms Murphy joins Ocorian from Capgemini where she was Head of Business Transformation Services and Head of the Finance and Accounting practice 

Her career began in legal practice and moved into accounting before then specialising in transformation and business services.
