The Managing Director of a PR agency and the head of a HR Partnership will explore some of the challenges around flexible working and split offices following the Covid-19 lockdown.
Next month, Wendy McHugh, Managing Director of Strategic HR Partnership, and Nichole Culverwell, Managing Director of Black Vanilla, will be holding a free webinar to discuss some of these challenges.
The recent lockdown meant that nearly all firms relocated staff to work from home. Now companies are facing new challenges: more employees are asking for agile working arrangements, teams are split between home and office locations and, in some instances, organisations are reportedly recovering from decreased productivity or even facing job losses.
During the webinar, Wendy and Nichole will share their insights into typical HR and internal communications challenges, and highlight some of the actions and pragmatic approaches organisations can take over the coming months to adapt to new working practices.
Wendy McHugh is the Managing Director of Strategic HR Partnership, a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and is also qualified as a teacher.
Nichole Culverwell is the Managing Director of Black Vanilla and has over 25 years’ PR experience. She has worked with a wide variety of clients across the health, retail and financial services sectors.
The webinar is taking place at midday on Wednesday 2 September and is free to attend.
