Logicalis sets up new cyber-security response service

Tuesday 02 April 2019

Logicalis CI has launched a new cyber-security management service to help companies identify attacks and put a response plan in place.

The new Security Incident Response Management Service will give customers access to a 24-hour priority service desk in the event of a security breach.

"The greatest benefit of this service is that clients have the comfort of knowing that in the event of an attack they will have the immediate attention of a team of security experts who will put in place an effective incident response plan and avoid knee-jerk measures which might make the situation even worse," said Logicalis Managed Security Commercial Director, Richard Gaudin.

The service will also include a recovery plan and a post-incident review to strengthen the company's future security. It joins a suite of service packages offered by Logicalis to minimise both the risk and impact of a cyber-security incident.

The SIRM was launched at Logicalis CI's cyber-security conference held last month in Jersey, which was attended by more than 100 business people.
