Walkers' Guernsey and Cayman Islands offices have worked together on a business restructuring.
They acted for Nielsen Holdings plc when separating its two businesses; Global Connect and Global Media.
This included the $2.7 billion sale of the Global Connect business.
Nielsen Holdings plc provides various media companies with market and customer statistics.
