A “We invest in people” accreditation has been awarded to Islands Insurance.
Investors in People have recognised Islands Insurance for the principles and procedures it has in place for supporting its staff.
The business has provided insurance services in the Channel Islands for 40 years with offices in Guernsey, Jersey and Alderney and has 150 employees.
Islands Group Managing Director Mark Rothery was proud of the achievement.
“We are all about people: our customers and our staff. We endeavour to offer exceptional service for our customers and that relies on having well trained, well managed and supported team professionals,” he said.
Investors in People CEO Paul Devoy congratulated Islands Insurance.
