A local provider and installer of renewable energy products has appointed Bob Beebe as Director and CEO.

Mr Beebe joins The Little Green Energy Company at an important juncture in the island's energy future, with the Guernsey Energy Policy agreed recently by the States of Deliberation.

Mr Beebe has over 40 years experience in senior engineering roles and at Board level in the energy industry. He said: "This is a very exciting time for our islands for the growth of locally generated renewable energy and battery storage solutions.

"We wish to play a key role in providing a long term sustainable energy future for islanders and the wider business community."

Simon Dudson and Ian Irving-Walker – Co-founders and Directors of the business, said: “We are delighted to welcome Bob to our growing renewable energy company. Bob brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, along with vision and leadership and we look forward to enhancing our renewable energy offerings in the future.

"This key appointment is critical in furthering our business development growth in the renewable energy sector across the Bailiwick.”
