Nicole Le Goupillot and Anna Harvey have joined the team at Leaders Consultancy, with their experience in different areas highlighted among their attributes.
Ms Le Goupillot will be based in the Channel Islands while Ms Harvey, a collaborative partner, will be based in the South East of the UK.
Ms Le Goupillot has a background in education and faith based charitable endeavours. Ms Harvey has a legal background and HR matters.

"We started the business in 2017 with a small team, and we helped leaders in Guernsey and Jersey to raise ambition, commitment, awareness and agility. Since then, the organisation has grown and we are proud to expand our reach, helping more leaders in the Channel Islands and now further afield to achieve phenomenal performance.
