Lancaster Guernsey has restructured its leadership team, with Paul Oliver taking on the Group Managing Director role.
His responsibilities will include the day-to-day running of the business.
After 16 years as Managing Director, Simon Graham now steps into the Group CEO position to allow him to focus on the firm's strategic direction. He had founded Lancaster in 2007, and the firm remains privately owned.
The rest of the board is made up of Elaine Webb as Group Finance Director, Darren Batiste as Group Operations Director and Richard Hamilton who has recently been appointed Group HR Director.
Mr Graham, Lancaster Group CEO, said the new team has a strength in depth.
"Our independence combined with our expertise in Guernsey's private wealth and corporate structures has given us a reputation for providing solutions to complex cases.
"Our new leadership team means we can build on that foundation and take advantage of the opportunities we see arising over the coming years. With a focus on growing our client base, we anticipate significant growth in all sectors of our private wealth business.”
