JT launches staff recognition scheme

Thursday 24 March 2022

JT has launched a digital initiative to recognise and reward team members across all its locations.

The new JT All-Stars recognition platform will give all staff the ability to thank their peers, colleagues and co-workers and gives managers the option to allocate points that can be redeemed for an extensive range of prizes.

Over 85% of JT’s 586 staff across global teams have activated their accounts in the first month of the scheme and 1,000 peer recognitions have been made.

The scheme was launched following employee feedback and is part of the company’s innovative culture drive to building an inclusive working environment where team members feel “valued and heard”.

JT Head of Human Resources Laura Belo said: “We are so proud of our people and everything we achieve together, but what’s really special is seeing people taking the time to thank and reward each other.

“This new platform not only puts our people first, but it also empowers them to create positive business outcomes and sustainable performance.

“Simple acts of kindness can go a long way and we’re thrilled with both the adoption rate and feedback from our people so far.”
