JT customers to benefit from ‘Diamond partnership’ with Avaya

Thursday 26 April 2018

JT has become the first telecoms operator in the Channel Islands to become a Diamond partner of Avaya – a US-based multinational technology company – bringing "significant benefits" to its customers.

Avaya enables the mission-critical, real-time communication applications of the world’s most important operations.

As the global leader in delivering superior communications experiences, Avaya provides the most complete portfolio of software and services for contact centre and unified communications with integrated, secure networking - offered on premises, in the cloud, or a hybrid.

“JT is already a member of the Avaya Edge Partner Programme, which means JT and our customers benefit from extra support from Avaya, more training and earlier access to new products and services," Paul D Taylor, Senior Vice President at JT EMEA, said.

"Achieving this status is highly sought after and our people undertook rigorous external scrutiny to reach it. This is testament to our capabilities as an Avaya partner and their view of our on-going high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

“This latest endorsement from Avaya helps us to further differentiate JT in the marketplace and provides a tangible competitive edge and strengthens our position as one of their most accredited Channel Island partners. Diamond partners are Avaya’s most trusted, so it is a great honour to reach the standard and a credit to the professionalism of our sales and technical teams.”
