IQ EQ Limited becomes a TISE Listing Member

Global investor services provider IQ EQ (Isle of Man) Limited has been admitted as a Listing Member of The International Stock Exchange (TISE), joining its sister company in Jersey.

It has been approved as a Category 1 Listing Member, which enables the company to act as a listing agent for the listing of non-retail debt securities on TISE.

IQ EQ Limited is now the third firm from the Isle of Man to have joined TISE as a Listing Member.

Carolyn Gelling, Head of the Isle of Man Office of The International Stock Exchange Group, said: “I am delighted that IQ EQ Limited has been approved as a Listing Member of TISE. Having launched the Isle of Man office not long over two years ago, it is pleasing to add such a significant name as IQ-EQ on the Isle of Man to the membership of TISE and in doing so, take the number of local member firms to three. This demonstrates the growth of the ecosystem of service providers on the island who are engaged in capital markets and TISE listings and we look forward to working closely with Craig Brown and his local team.”

Since being granted membership, IQ EQ Limited has already had three securities admitted for listing on TISE. The firm has been assisted by Hazel Dawson of Keystone Law in the preparation of listing applications.

Being a member enables us to provide an additional service offering to our Isle of Man clients who wish to list non-retail debt and we look forward to bringing more listings to the Exchange in the future.

“We are also actively engaging with counterparties in the Real Estate Investment Trust arena, where synergies exist in terms of the group’s long experience in property asset administration, and we are likely to look to extend our TISE membership category to enable us to list investment vehicles, including REITs.”
