HSBC makes senior appointments

Thursday 23 May 2019

HSBC in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man has made two senior appointments within its Retail Banking and Wealth Management business.

The appointments are part of a new investment in enhancing the services available to its local retail and international expat customers.

Keith Driver has been made Head of Strategic Delivery while Cameron Senior joins as Head of Distribution for RBWM.

Both roles are based in Jersey and are part of a growth strategy aimed at making banking simpler, faster and better aligned to customer needs locally and internationally.

Mr Driver's role will see him managing the evolution of HSBC's expat and domestic business by introducing new products and improving digital and mobile services that all aim to make banking easier for customers and more tailored to their needs.

Meanwhile, Mr Senior will be responsible for the frontline teams across the domestic and expat business, ensuring customers have a good experience with HSBC, including through the bank's network of branches and contact centres."We have exciting plans to transform our domestic and expat banking business and deliver sustainable long-term, customer-led growth," said Head of RBWM John Goddard. "With their formidable international experience, I am confident that Keith and Cameron's appointments will position us strongly for further success and help bring some really positive changes to benefit our customers in the islands as well as our expat customers around the world."
