Grant Thornton expands its client services

Susie Crowder has been appointed as Director of Human Capital at Grant Thornton Channel Islands as the firm expands its services.

This new appointment continues Grant Thornton’s expansion in the Channel Islands. Ms Crowder joins with a wealth of experience in organisational (re)design, human capital planning and performance focused people strategy development.

“I look forward to establishing and growing our human capital service across the Island’s to complement Grant Thornton’s existing service lines,” Ms Crowder said.

“Human capital needs to be part of the boardroom agenda and supported with a thriving culture. The people and cultures involved in mergers and acquisitions are often overlooked. With the number of amalgamations forecast to increase, this presents us with an opportunity to prepare clients, pre and post transition, with guidance and support on the human capital aspects of the deal.”
