BDO Guernsey has appointed 10 new employees across its tax and audit teams, drawing on expertise from around the world to service its Guernsey client base.
Two new managers have joined the firm, with Abby Sarre (pictured top right) appointed as Tax Manager and Edoabasi Nkanga (pictured top left) as an Audit Manager.
Also in the audit team, Gamuchirai Mafundikwa has been appointed Audit Supervisor; Martin Khendi, Tenu Nkansa, Maggie Mwewa, Doreen Adeke, Emmanuel Mwawa and Chandni Sharma have all joined as Audit Seniors; and Wongani Masasula is BDO Guernsey’s latest Audit Trainee.
Richard Searle, Managing Director of BDO Guernsey, said: “These 10 appointments strengthen our team and the range of expertise we’re able to offer our clients. We work with such a wide range of local businesses that it’s important to be able to provide the right expertise and the relevant experience, and with these new team members expanding on our existing team we absolutely have that. Continuing BDO’s growth journey by welcoming new people to the firm, and some of them to the island, is incredibly rewarding.”
BDO’s new appointments join the firm with experience working in Guernsey, the UK, Kenya, Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Uganda, Ghana, Malawi, India and Zambia, which it says contributes to the international expertise in the organisation.
