Nominations have opened for this year's Guernsey Property and Construction Awards.

The Awards, which are in their fifth year and take place on Thursday 14 November, recognise and celebrate those who excel in Guernsey’s property and construction industry sectors, with nominations being made by industry peers, customers and the public at large.

The categories are:

Rising Star– sponsored by Savills
Health & Safety – sponsored by Edmundson Electrical
Engineering Project of the Year – sponsored by DHS
Residential Property Agent of the Year – sponsored by Channel Island Ceramics
Commercial Property Agent of the Year – sponsored by HVC
Construction Professional of the Year – sponsored by the Charted Institute of Building
Industry Supplier of the Year – sponsored by the Guernsey Chamber of Commerce
Lifetime Achievement Award

The arrival drinks reception is being sponsored by Guernsey Building Supplies, and the overall gold sponsor of the awards is Ogier.

The black tie event will raise money for the charity Dementia Friendly Guernsey.
