C5 Alliance has made five senior appointments across its teams in Guernsey and Jersey bringing decades more experience to the firm.

Chike Okoye, Pedro da Silva and Bryan Bailey have been appointed as Senior Consultants, Bradley Faye as Service Delivery Manager and Steve Falla as Software Development team leader.

Mr Okoye will be involved in the planning, management, development and implementation of data-centric projects undertaken by the Business Intelligence team. He has more than 20 years’ experience in database and business intelligence and has a Master of Business Administration degree.  

Mr da Silva, a Microsoft Certified Professional, will be part of the Bespoke Development team developing custom-made solutions for clients. He has experience in developing and implementing solutions for multiple markets including education, retail, banking and engineering. 

A Microsoft Certified Solution Expert for Dynamics 365, Mr Bailey will assist clients in taking advantage of the latest features, such as sales intelligence, unified interface and automation tools, to align Dynamics usage with their corporate objectives and strategy.   

Mr Faye will focus on client relationships and improving service in the Managed Services team. Having previously worked in the banking and legal sectors, he has an in-depth understanding of the technology challenges faced by businesses.

In his new role Mr Falla will understand client requirements, collect data, deliver analysis, resolve problems and enhance the capabilities and effectiveness of clients’ employees. He has experience working with clients to analyse the way their business works and will provide business-focused solutions to meet clients’ needs.
