Professionals who have shown dedication and excellence in their roles have been chosen as finalists for this year’s Guernsey Property & Construction Awards.

Following a public nomination period earlier this year, and a subsequent independent judging panel of industry experts meeting earlier this week, the organisers said they are delighted to announce the following finalists:

Aspiring Star Award

Engineering Project of the Year Award

  • Guernsey Prison CLIP unit

  • Havelet Waters development

Commercial Property Professional of the Year Award

Residential Property Professional of the Year Award

  • Cranfords
  • Shields & Rutland
  • Carre Property 

Construction Professional of the Year Award

  • Tim Pond – Ravenscroft Construction
  • Oliver Westgarth - CCD
  • Gary Bougourd - BML

Industry Supplier of the Year Award

  • Norman Piette
  • Channel Island Ceramics
  • Guernsey Building Supplies

There will also be a special Lifetime Achievement Award presented on the night.

The Guernsey Property & Construction Awards, which are organised by Collaborate CI aim to highlight and celebrate the contribution the property and construction sector can make to Guernsey’s economic success.

The Awards are sponsored by local organisations, including gold sponsor Ogier and silver sponsors The CIOB; Guernsey Chamber of Commerce; HVC; Channel Island Ceramics; DHS; Edmundson Electrical; Guernsey Gas; and Savills. The arrival drinks are being sponsored by Guernsey Building Supplies.

The winners will be announced at a ceremony on Thursday 14 November at the St Pierre Park Hotel.
