Expansion at Resolution IT with new hire

Continued expansion at leading IT managed services provider, Resolution IT, has seen the appointment of Cole Osborne as Senior Systems Consultant.

Mr Osborne, a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, has joined the business to provide support for new and existing clients.

He says he has always had an interest in technology and enjoys problem solving which has naturally led him to a career in IT. He said, "It’s an exciting and rapidly changing industry to be in and has changed so much in the 12 years I’ve worked in it. I can remember when the internet was accessed through dial-up: now we are in an age of virtualisation where IT developments mean we can run multiple servers on one physical server. Such easy access to the internet has meant a tremendous rise in cyber crime which everyone, whether business or individual, needs to take the necessary steps to protect against.

"I’m really looking forward to expanding my knowledge further with new products and working with clients. I enjoy working with clients and helping their system grow and improve how they do their job."

Olly Duquemin, Joint Managing Director at Resolution IT said: "Cole’s varied experience and detailed technical knowledge will further strengthen the friendly and efficient service we offer to our clients. We’re excited to welcome him to the team who remain committed to providing the highest levels of proactive IT support possible."
