The Evolution Group ‘Wears It Pink’ for Breast Cancer Now

Wednesday 09 November 2022

The Evolution Group team embraced this year's ‘Wear It Pink’ day to raise money for the charity Breast Cancer Now.

The fundraising day last month saw £220 collected for the charity.

The team all wore, or accessorized with, pink for their quarterly breakfast (pictured above) and played a bidding game to decide which of their Management Team would be chosen to wear an ‘outrageously’ pink outfit for the day.

The ‘winner’ was Chief Operating Officer Jon Le Noury, who very gallantly wore the outfit for the whole day, including cycling to work during the rush hour traffic.

Mr Le Noury said: "As embarrassing as it was to wear the outfit throughout the day, it was great to be doing our bit to raise both awareness and funds for Breast Cancer Now.

"We spent the day bringing breast cancer to the forefront of people’s minds. We did it in a light-hearted way, but the aim is to raise awareness and encourage discussion about it. We’re also delighted to have raised so much money for Breast Cancer Now in the process. Thanks to everyone who donated."
