Evolution Group continues to grow

The Evolution Group is strengthening its management team with the appointment of Phil Amory as Director of Professional Services.

The company's management team has doubled in size this year following the appointment of Mr Amory two Associate Directors in August.

The Evolution Group was set up by Matt Warren in 2017 after he identified a requirement for a team of high-quality management consultants based in Guernsey. It has since grown rapidly and is now made up of 22 consultants.

"The business has continued to grow this year and the associated increasing demands and complexities have driven the decision to add the role of Director of Professional Services to our leadership team," said Mr Warren, who is Chief Executive.

"This new role will strengthen our business growth plans while ensuring our clients continue to receive the high quality of service The Evolution Group is known for.

"Phil originally joined our team in 2020 as a Programme/Project Manager with a great depth of experience and we’re delighted that he’s now joining our management team.

"Our clients have been benefiting from his strategic vision gained from managing complex changes across multiple departments, business lines and countries and I have no doubt that his valuable experience will support our business growth plans for the next few years."

Mr Amory joins the existing management team of Matt Warren, Jon Le Noury, Patrick Le Noury, Leyla Abreu and Tim Wyatt.
