ESI Monitor branches out to London

A local environmental sustainability company has set up a London branch, answering the increasing international opportunities for sustainable development and partnerships.

The Environmental and Social Impact Monitor, established in Guernsey, is moving into the UK to forge more relationships and apply its products on an international stage.

“As ESI Monitor has developed into the sustainability space we have recognised the importance of internationalisation,” said Sustainability Advisor Fred Betley.

“Climate change, environmental and social issues are not restricted by the boarders of countries, and neither are business activities. Therefore, our efforts to address these should be international, too.”

ESI Monitor offers frameworks, products and services that "support and inspire" businesses to transition to more sustainable operational models. Mr Betley said that their flagship Environmental Business Operations Award showed the company that they can have a "significant impact across the world."

The award was originally conceived as a business accreditation, but has developed over the last year to become a tool to help businesses meet international regulations, share environmental data with stakeholders and staff, and generally improve their ESG performance.
