Double industry recognition for Butterfield

A Channel Islands bank has received two industry awards for its banking and trust services.

Butterfield Trust has been awarded Private Client Trust and Advisory Firm of the Year by Who's Who Legal, meanwhile Butterfield Bank has received gold in the Private Bank of the Year category at the Citywealth Magic Circle Awards for 2020.

Who's Who Legal is a leading directory of legal practitioners covering corporate and commercial law. The WWL Awards are presented to individuals and firms that have 'performed exceptionally', according to independent research. This is the second consecutive year in which Butterfield Trust has received the Client Trust and Advisory Firm of the Year accolade.

Meanwhile the Magic Circle Awards, which are organised by Citywealth, highlight the 'excellence of advisers and managers' in the private wealth sector. Winners are selected by a public vote, and a judging panel of industry experts.
