Monday 20 May 2019

Oi has won a prestigious Platinum and Gold Award at the global Hermes Creative Awards for its work with Aurigny.

The agency was picked from thousands of entries across the world for the design of En Voyage - the airline's bi-monthly inflight magazine.

Its Platinum award was presented in the Print Media Publications Category, while the agency's Gold award came in the Business to Consumer Website Category for its redesign of Aurigny.com.

"It has been great to see the work produced by teams at Oi on the redesign and build of the Aurigny website and also the ongoing production of Aurigny's En Voyage magazine," said Oi Chief Executive Officer, Peter Grange. "The team at Oi and Aurigny should be proud of their achievements."

Aurigny Commercial Director Malcolm Coupar added: "I'd like to thank Oi and my own team at Aurigny for their hard work and dedication which has led to these additional two prestigious global awards."

The Hermes Creative Awards provide recognition for creative professionals involved in the concept creation, writing and design of traditional and emerging media. This year, the awards received more than 6,000 international entries from across the world including the UK, US, Canada and many other countries.

The awards are administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals. The global organisation consists of several thousand marketing, communication, advertising, public relations, media production and freelance professionals. AMCP oversees awards and recognition programmes, provides judges, and rewards outstanding achievement and service to the profession.
