Directors appointed at NWH Global

Two members of the senior management team at trust and corporate services firm NWH Global have been appointed to the Guernsey board.

Helen Bougourd is now Head of Client Services while Adam Pickering has been appointed Compliance Manager in the Guernsey office of the group, which also has branches in the BVI, Hong Kong, Dubai, Mauritius and New Zealand.

Mrs Bougourd has worked for a number of fiduciary businesses in Guernsey over the past 20 years. 

Mr Pickering is a Professional Member of the International Compliance Association (ICA) and holds the ICA diploma in governance, risk and compliance. 

Charlotte Denton, Global Chief Executive Officer of NWH Global, said: “During their relatively short time at NWH Helen and Adam have both demonstrated their significant experience and they will be invaluable additions to the Guernsey board.”
