TSG and G4S have formed a strategic partnership to deliver a range of technology-led services to their clients to address ongoing governance requirements, both during and after the corona virus pandemic.

G4S have combined their Archive & Data Storage Solutions with TSG’s Document and Data Management experience to enable clients to do so whilst maintaining their business as usual activities.

Andy Delaney, Chief Executive of TSG, welcomed this opportunity to strengthen the relationship between the two companies.

“We both have clear strategic goals to grow and this will be made possible by developing joined-up services that enable our clients to benefit from the best of breed and compliant solutions,” he said.

The solution is ‘GDPR ready’ and allows businesses to maintain their functionality during the ‘new normal’ brought about by lockdown and social distancing measures.

A ‘Covid ready’ scanning bureau has been purpose-built to allow off-site scanning of documents in a manner that minimises risk of cross-contamination.

These documents will then be available through a variety of means, including a secure online portal with credential-based access, electronic copies shared through secured, encrypted media, and a secure interface which enable digital transfer to any in-house document management system.

Simon Haywood of G4S said that the partnership was the best way for both companies to serve the needs of their clients. “Our combined, complementary specialities will provide our valued clients with enhanced options,” he said. “We are looking forward to delivering these solutions together.”
