D2 Real Estate expands Guernsey team

Manager of commercial property in the Channel Islands, D2 Real Estate, has expanded its team in Guernsey.

Jo Wyatt has been appointed Commercial Property Agent for the firm, which opened its office in the island in January last year.

Ms Wyatt has spent a large part of her career working in a client relationship capacity; building relationships within the business sector and local community, including work within the property sector. As part of her new role she will continue to deal with clients whilst taking on projects in their infancy and identifying opportunities for growth.

D2 has continued to grow in Guernsey over the past 12 months, being involved in some high-profile transactions in the Channel Islands.
