Cooper Brouard appoints new negotiator

Ross Yeates has moved to Cooper Brouard after being appointed as Lettings and Property Management Negotiator at the estate agent.

Mr Yeates already has more than 10 years’ experience the local rentals and management market.

He said he was pleased to be joining Cooper Brouard.

“The thing I love about Lettings and Property management is that it is so varied, not just in the people you deal with but in the skills you need to draw on.

"It’s about being able to move quickly but pay attention to detail; to work with landlords and with tenants; negotiate firmly but be understanding of diverse situations and employ broad local knowledge as well as specific property expertise.

Commenting on his appointment, Cooper Brouard Director Cathy Gallienne said Mr Yeates will bring many skills with him in his new role.
