Collas Crill appoints new head of employment law practice

Wednesday 12 January 2022

Offshore law firm Collas Crill has made a new appointment in its Guernsey Office.

Danielle Brouard has been recruited to head up and develop Collas Crill's employment law practice, working closely with both the firm's corporate and dispute resolution teams.

Ms Brouard previously spent 14 years working in London for global law firm Baker McKenzie, where she advised clients on UK employment law issues.

She worked with clients in a wide range of sectors, including financial services, technology and retail.

She also spent time on secondment to British Airways, advising on employee relations and trade union-related matters.

Ms Brouard said: “With major changes to Guernsey’s discrimination laws on the horizon, it feels like the perfect time to be moving back to the island and starting this new role.

"I hope that my extensive experience of UK discrimination law and practice will prove valuable to our clients as they navigate the upcoming legal changes.”
