Pictured: James Tee has been promoted to Partner at Collas Crill.

Ms Fisher joined the firm's International Private Client and Trusts team in 2018 and specialises in all aspects of Guernsey trust and private client law.

Ms Ritchie joined Collas Crill as a trainee in 2010 and now leads the cross-departmental risk and regulatory team.

Mr Tee joined as a paralegal and went on to complete his Bar Vocational Court whilst working at the firm.
