PraxisIFM announces new CEO

The PraxisIFM Group has appointed Robert Fearis as CEO.

The former independent financial services business' Group Head of Private Client & Corporate brings considerable knowledge to the role, with experience of the group's core activities.

Being a founder shareholder and part of the business since 1982, his expertise covers a wide variety of structures for private and corporate clients, as well as regulated financial services businesses.

Joining Mr Fearis in a new look leadership team will be Richard Morris, who has been appointed Group Chief Financial Officer.

Dr Morris previously held the post of Group Reporting Manager in the Jersey office, having joined the company in 2016. He held previous roles as Finance Director for a technology start up, an Auditor and is ACA qualified.

"Both appointments come at a busy time for the group and the board is confident that Rob has all the qualities needed to lead the group as we enter the next stage of our development," commented PraxisIFM Chairman, Andrew Haining. "We congratulate both Rob and Richard on their new roles."

Mr Fearis is taking over the CEO role from Cees Krijgsman, who is returning to Amsterdam to prioritise the development of corporate pension administration business, InAdmin RiskCo.
